Nitro's Lancair

I've been looking for a sporty arf to attach to a 70 f/s I have kicking around, not wanting to spend a lot of time building as I have other projects, I took a chance with nitroplanes Lancair. I must say I'm blown away for the $99 us I paid for it, the fiberglass finishing and paint is as good and maybe better than my Skymaster F18 Jet @$1500us. The wings are very nicley covered and tight with beautiful fiberglass wingtips attached.

The hardware package is much better than expected I'm actually even impressed with 3/4's of it.

This plane is actually made by China Model Productions www.cmpairplane.com

Hi Cassat, it took 8 days and was delivered by Fedex International, the shipping was approx $35us each(two kits were ordered). Reasonable considering I didn't leave the house to drive 400km to a hobby store. as for the duty and hopefully no brokerage.....I'll keep you posted.

I would guess if the FEDEX guy didn't demand money you got off lucky. Don't know if you were to try it agian you would be as lucky. FEDEX and UPS can be crimial with what they charge

I won't hold my breath. I've had good luck with Fedex before on international orders where no brokerage fe was charged.....I'll keep my thoughts quiet with ups international.

I was looking at those online the other day, and was real impressed with how they look in the pictures. Let us know how it flies.
