There are a lot of these that have been sitting around, I bought a couple or more. I tried a lot of things to get them to work. Finally I just connected it to my A/C refueling rig and pumped some fuel through it, guess what it worked. To preserve it connect the inlet to the outlet with a short piece of fuel line full of fuel. You can test it by sucking and blowing on the air line or connect it to an engine and flip it over.
