It has been always hard for me to fly LoS. It just feel very unnatural as opposed to FPV, after switching to FPV it's just simpler in my opinion. Keep in mind that it's always good for you to have a decent grasp of LoS even though you might flight FPV all the time. You never know when your FPV gear might fail and you might be forced to use LoS, for safety reasons I do recommend you to practice your LoS even though you switch to FPV right now. I don't think it will affect in any way as they are pretty different styles.

It funny how some guys struggle and suck with LOS but with FPV they are flying unassisted. Had an old geezer once refuse to fly with me because he knew he was a crappy LOS flier. I handed him the controls and he fly my plane via TV screen. He flew for 15 minutes and had a blast. It was the best RC flying he ever did
