hi i was given this bird from a friend on this site called Redbaron it was in a good crash and he had no time for a rebuild so i am going to try and resurect it back to life

only thing i need to know is what cowl of any other kit will fit on this ?
any suggestion would be a good help i would like to get a plastic cheapo one
so i can cast a mold for a fiber glassing or i can use on my vacuum form machine thanks here are some pics of the piecing together of the fuse

You should be able to find a plastic cowl for the Ultimate easily in a wanted add as most people that built these from a kit years back put on a aftermarket fiberglass cowl.the most common I believe was from Aeroglass.The stock plastic cowls where very thin .Aeroglass cowls for the Ultimate are still avalible from GreatHobbies ect.

Hi Tom it would be the cheapest to buy the Seagull Ultimate 90 cawl, & sand it down & paint it. It would save you a lot of time & they are made from fiberglass & very well done, I think they are around $25.00 & they will fit the CG Ultimate, i've tried it with my seagull cawl.
