Kalt put out a four stroke years ago, not sure of the size maybe a 50 or so.
Has anyone ever seen one? Also it had open rockers like all the early FS.

Re: Kalt four stroke

Yup. a .45... Called the FC-1.. Kind of like a ENYA, with a rear cam gear train and rear pushrods.. Also had the plug facing forward (like ENYA)..

Re: Kalt four stroke

The Kalt I am looking for is the early open rocker version.

Re: Kalt four stroke

That would be the FC-1.

You can also see the prototype FC-2 here as built by the designer, Hiroyuki Oki, with a date stamp of 1977

http://www.modelengine.org/oki/

Makes me wonder if the 1978 date is accurate for the FC-1

Re: Kalt four stroke

Yah. You and me both.
I also wish my hobby room looked like Oki's.

I have a friend that is into model engineering. He scratch builds steam and diesel engines. I just love hanging around and seeing what he's working on and how he attacks differnet challenges.
