Hi Guys,

First things first....

With longer mains being run this season, racing needs to flow. There will be no waiting for those that can't get there trucks going.

THer are to be no radios on in the pits at anytime. If this occurance happens we will impound all radios and you will only have access to it 2 minutes before your race.

Racing will start at 11 am. If you are not there we can add you in after the fact, you may just miss a qualifier.

Food will be served throughout the day, but no set lunch break will take place. Eat beween heats, etc....

Immediately following your race you are to marshal. Turn off your radio gear, return your gear to your pit and hit the track. i don't want to be hollaring again this year.

Be respectful on the track and off. if a much faster truck is coming up on you, don't block, let him go. However, racing is racing and the faster guys need to have patience also.

Donot peg your throttle while being mashalled. During the prerace meeting it will be mentioned that your car willnot be marshalled until the throttle is idled down.

Be ready. If your race is next, don't be watching your friends heat. be in your pit getting your truck ready.(don't use the radio though) For nitro, it is a good idea to get your truck running before the race before yours is over. Then grab a buddy and do a few warmup laps. Before the race is to start, get your pal to fill your tank and get ready to race.

If anyone has anything else to add, please feel free.

Mike

PS HAVE FUN, JUST BE SMART ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that we should set something up like a 2 min warning before the race to get everyone on the track so no one sits on the starting line burning a tank of fuel waiting for the rest of the group.

Are we running the electric trucks and buggies together, 2 classes one race??

Troy,

That won't happen this year as electric truck is a points series division.

Please don't ever run electric truck and electric buggy together Those are my two classes and I want to stick with electric! I'm going to try and generate renewed interest in electric. It isn't fair that you nitro guys get all the long qualifiers and mains

Don't make electric suffer for those of us who like electric just because the majority likes nitro. We already get quite a bit less race time!!

I keep wondering why the Ontario guys post in our threads ... especially when the answer to their question couldn't possibly affect them ...
