Radian Pro HELP!

This may have been brought up here already, but I haven't found my answer.
I have just finished setting up my radian pro bnf with my DX7. Everything works like it should, except for the left aileron. When I "turn" left it lifts up and the right aileron goes down. When I "turn" right the right aileron goes up and the left aileron stays in the middle.
I haven't flown it yet because I want to figure this out first. I set everything up according to the set-up instructions. This is the only issue I have. Every other function works as it should. What am I missing????

Re: Radian Pro HELP!

would that cause it to only travel in one direction?

Re: Radian Pro HELP!

Swap the aileron connectors and see what happens. Does the problem persist? If the problem shows up again, the problem may be the radio settings.

Re: Radian Pro HELP!

Thanks for the suggestions/help. It ended up being my throw/travel rates were one sided. I was trying to adjust them but was doing it to the wrong channel. Had a very blonde moment! Well time to go maiden the radian!! Thanks again!

Re: Radian Pro HELP!

Well the radian pro is everything I expected, and then a little.
First flight went very well, little bit of trimming and it was flying hands off. It definetly is a plane that you have to fly vs the first radian that mostly flew itself.
I programed my dx7 according to the instructions on the parkzone site. Everything worked out fairly well considering it was the first time I had used the radio let alone the programing.
So all in all this plane is definitely a keeper. I'm looking forward to many long flights using my 1800 mah 3 cell lipos. They fit perfectly and the plane seems to balance well with them. If your a pilot that can fly a plane with ailerons then you will be able to fly the radian pro with no issues. It comes in slow enough that you can easily catch the plane out of the air.

Re: Radian Pro HELP!

Sounds great...thanks for the report. I often wish I had spoilers when trying to get my Radian on to the ground.

Re: Radian Pro HELP!

much faster flyer than the standard radian. Setup with the Dx8 telemtry unit it feels/flys a little heavy to be a thermal hunter IMO. Spring thermals shall prove it out.

Also find the telemetry display of the dx8 a bit of a pain. It would be nicer to have display above the controls so your not hunting for the data....taking your eyes off the plane; option would be the Quanum telemetry umit from Hobbyking....reads individual cells too, and data display is in i nice position. IMHO.
