Really excited to try out the 60cc ProRc Front Dump Hype Can and see how it compares to the KS can that I'm currently running on the GP61/3DHS Yak
Any time guys. I know the rear dump hype can is not restrictive but I have not tested out the 60cc frond dump can. excited to see results as well. I think that can weighs 250g

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Good Morning Boys.
Had a bit of a stressful day yesterday so I decided to take up the glider at 3:30. I was hoping there was still lift. yes there was .

I was aiming for a 10 min flight each flight

first zoom up was 29 sec 10:14 flight landed
second zoom up was 31 sec 10:59 flight landed
third flight only got 6 min on 30 sec so I zoomed back up from 100 ft
got 14:13 so I made up the 4 min I was missing on the third flight LOL

I like the challenge of staying afloat on no power for a fixed time

Stress all went away. Then Dano came over for a beer

But that was a year ago. I have amended my habits. A watt meter took care of the imbalanced servo load. Now 285 liters since that lesson learned. I did have a dead stick this year. Excessive heat took out an ignition on my 3W-170. Off field landing in the crop, no damage.

I can see this is going to be a rough day.
Correct 3W-55 deadstick off field. No damage again.
The only strong point I have is some of this is more than a year old. If they knew the things, and how I had to learn them all in the last 42 years. Well they would have a lot on me.

It won't be to windy. I have yet to stick my nose out the door. I need to go pick-up my new-to-me mini-van at 9ish. Then start on getting out there. Hope others are coming.

Oh forgot the DA-120. Ate a crankshaft, deadstick center stage at Bawlf. Land 35' into the tall grass, no damage. Hell if I try I might come up with more dead sticks than Brodie has flights!
