I saw this plane at the 2002 TOC. Pretty amazing piece of work. when I was speaking to the guys apparently he was having some insurance issues and had not flown it. It was going to cost him like 5 grand for insurance to fly this thing so I am not sure if it has ever been airborne or not. Mind you that was in 2002 so perhaps it has taken flight since then. Nice plane and well done!

Oh my goodness! Just when ya think they can't possibly build a model any larger......go figure! That lady standing beside the plane looks like she could step right inside and go for a flight!

Any idea of what the engine is that powers this monster?
