Thanks for the replies. We picked this plane up for $40.00, with the como 51, at the Aurora swap this past weekend. Right now, it has the wheels on it, and we almost have the radio setup complete. If the weather co-operates, we'll fly it in a few weeks. Ultimately, we'll put a fiberglass bottom on it and fly from the water. I think that this has to be close to the best deal at the show!! I hope that the Como 51 has enough grunt to fly it well. Currently we have a 10x6 MAS on it, but think that we could go up to a 10x8 for a little more pull.

Have read that guys mix in Elevon function with it. I don't understand how that can work when you continue to use the actual elevator. Won't the elevator move with the ailerons. That would be a pretty wild ride for sure!
