Construction - Marutaka 1/6 Stinson Reliant -

This is perhaps the more obvious place for a request of this nature:
My brother and I acquired a Marutaka 1/6th scale Stinson Reliant kit quite long ago and didn't notice at the time that the kit instructions were missing!
It's rather a complicated build and he wants us to start building it but is loathe to go without instructions.
The kit was taken over subsequently by Royal apparently but their description (size) differs from the kit's.
My question - is there anyone out there that has had this kit or is familiar with it that can help us?
E-Bay brought up templates, etc., but the size given does not agree with the kit size we have. More like the Royal kit perhaps and there is no guarantee that the build instructions/sequences are the same.
HELP, anyone, please!

Chances are you may never be able to find the instructions
you are looking for. If you do find the instructions...thank your
lucky star.
One good thing going for you....you are saying 1/6 scale that is a +.
Get yourself an accurate 3-views drawing of the aircraft.
Blow it to 1/6 scale....Just the outline will do, then fill up ribs,
stringers, windows location.
Your kit is most likely bundle up in parts for this and parts for that.
Take your time and locate them on your blown up drawing and visualize
in your mind what it should look like.
That is how I scratch build my models....In your case you already have
your kit of parts.
Good Luck and enjoy.

In any form, the Stinson Reliant is a hard kit to build. I know what your going through.

I have the original Sterling plans. Pm me and I'll send them to you.

I tried to build the SR9. I had the fuselage and the wings built before a Budgy(bird) destroyed them when I was away. Birds eat balsa. To this day, I still can't kill a bird, but their working on it.

Apon completion would it look like this one? I don't have any plans either but I believe this one was scratch built from Royal plans.
