I was referring to if I or anybody else was directly involved by negligence going the wrong way on a track etc... I am really referring to seasoned drivers not newbies we were all new at one point and i understand that mistakes happen. The offer should be made to offset some of the costs at least.

yeah, that was me, and it was bent at 90 degree angle.

And I agree, if the person is a newbie,(and trust me I still am) then if something happens it can be forgiven.

Basically, if you damage someone else by accident, expect that person to get upset.

and Zeppo, sorry that i got pissed at you last night. But you saw my self inflicted wreckage and the wrenching it took to fix it. It was late I was tired and well that upset me. But again, I am sorry. Next time that happens to me I will be sure to try and handle more like a man and not like a pissed kid whose friend broke a toy.

my friend jumped my mini-t off a 9 story building and I was kinda mad cause my t was hopped up a bit and all that was left over was a cracked open motor and one wheel but I didn't make him pay for it because he is not as fortunate as many of us here and besides we are good friends...
