I've got about 25 flights on the 35% Pilot Yak55M and recently developed some serious vibrations in the ailerons, specifically at the tips.

Upon closer investigation the carbon rod and plywood hinge hangers have worn significantly

And a few pictures!! The nyrod bearings worked out really well... A super-tight hinge and 0 play

We'll see how it holds up
