OUCH!!! no refunds or rain date.... hmmm... that may reduce the amount of advance /pre registrations you will get.
So if it does get rained out, does that mean the GLORCS final will be held somewhere else on another date?

Paying on day-of
Would it be to your benefit Mac if people were to PM you or email you saying we're coming but will pay the day of?
Could use the data to estimate better next year how many of this type of PM is bogus and get a better real advance # for funding estimates...

This would be great then I can get everything in the computer and I know how many of those great BURGERS to buyfor SUNDAY!! Please email me at david@sprucewoodleasing.com rather than PM ing me.
I am also trying to figure if on Saturday guys want to bring there own food, go out for food near bye or I could order in PIZZA PIZZA or SUBWAY! Any wifes or extremely secure guys who can offer to donate some yummies for the BBQ would be cool. Last year we had this awesome dip. I hope to see that again! |
