tools that i will need

mainly u will need set of hex drivers, philips, flathead, they are handy where ever u go with you car, also a set of pliers, the rest will be noticed when u need it or ull see other ppl that have them

nitro or electric? if its nitro i would suggest investing a infered temp guage as a new guy this will help you tune your engine and make sure you dont overheat it (running lean). i use mine all the time, excellent tool they go for about 50 dollars at the local hobby shop.

well for tools you will need a tire wrench but the car kit or rtr you got should have one but its always nice to upgrade same with a glow plug wrench if it is nitro. for tools if there are alot of tricky places to get into, try a ball end hex tool if your car has all hexes. but if it just philips go to canadian tire to get them, there cheaper and better!!! if you have hexes go to your lhs and if you want to spend some money and get an exelent set of tools go with hudy but those are really expensive for tools i use thunder tiger brand tools i got them from amainhobbies.com they are great but you have to wait for them
