That's the best surface I have seen since sids heyday back in 06-07-08. I'm jealous! I would love to come and run for a day. No gear left.

Re: Sid's Raceway Club Race #2 - June 23rd, 2012

fella's , Today was pretty Great! Anyone who was there and is reading this, thanks for coming out and making it such a blast. And Mike and Glen you guys are awesome, the track has never been this good, ever .
The track has the perfect amount of air, speed, and different lines you can take etc.
Today was a little wet, no water but the trucks got dirty. The traction was awesome, and I bet the lap times were quicker because of it.
We had a few good races with 5 or 6 SC's, all pretty good trucks with some good drivers and tons of action. I loved it.
I took a few pics with my iphone, as soon as i figure out how to post them up I will.

Re: Sid's Raceway Club Race #2 - June 23rd, 2012

Made it out today for little, I was impressed with the track surface and the layout.
I'd like to thank everyone who has worked so hard to set it up.

Looking forward to coming out again.

Picking up a DEX210 tomorrow, hopefully have time to get enough practice with it before the race!

Nice call!! I've been working on my setup for Sid's and I'm almost dialed... Glen has been helping me out as well. I can give you some pointers when I see you. (but maybe only after the mains .

Derry at Galaxy Hobby has been getting in lots of parts for the DEX210 so if you need anything he's close by. The first thing I would suggest is to get some smaller spur gears when you can. If you find a better gear cover please let me know... the stock one stinks... I swear it was designed to break!
