need 4.25" wheel

I'm working (slowly) on a 103" WS Grumman F7F Tigercat and need a 4.25" scale nose wheel. It has to be relatively thin and most of the normal stuff (Dubro etc) is quite wide when they get up to that size - more like a Cub tire. Anyone have a lead??
