Kits, I won a Trainer 26 that I am giving to Michael and I have a Spirit 40 kit on the way for me. It is like a 4*120 but bigger and designed for gas engines.

The 4 stars are one of those birds that fly amazing all the time.

From the novice to 3d master. One can always have a fun time with a 4star
With enough power they handle floats well to

Nice planes. I am building a 4star 120 and just picked up a evolution 20 for it. If not enough power a evolution 26 is on the shelf looking for a home.

Dale take pictures of your new stand when building. I have to make one also. So far Mr. Brums looks like what I will try to make.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Here are a couple of pics of a happy young fellow who was surprised to come home to this.

I wasn't going to use it so gave it to him. A goal to aim for as his dad tells me he will have it completed in time for William to fly it as he progresses probably next summer as he only started flying in august

Very Generous Randy!
I payed Brodie $250 for that Yak. Included in a package deal to you, but still worth all of that.

Good on you, man.

Phil... if you need any dimensions, let me know!! There's a thread on it in the engine section, but likely about 10pages back, LOL I can easily update that thread with dimensions of each piece.

This summer I plan to build a new stand - similar design with 2 improvements.....

1) Motor will be mounted inverted with exhaust exiting above so it's easier to adjust headerlength (don't have to flip the stand over or bend down)

2) There'll be a section on a set of ball-bearing drawer slides with a digital fish scale so that we can also measure thrust
