The air control kit is brand new in the bag which has never been opened. The file picture shows what should be in the package. I am throwing in an older free Robart air pump that had been used very little . The air control kit can be used for air brakes or air retracts . Mailing should run around $16 to $20 max depending on postal code. Paid Price marked on bag is $99.99 .
