Notice the very sharp steering after the mod.
The mamba was geared down to go as slow as it could - 60 tooth spur and a 10 tooth pinion with a G&P 7.2 volt, 1100 mah NiMh.

When the 8.4 volt battery is installed with the 55 tooth spur and the 18 tooth pinion, this 18T will consistantly pass at 74 Kph on pavement, as measured with a Bushnell baseball radar gun. Try your luck with lipo - I'd bet close to 90 with a 3 cell.

Also available is Spektrum DX3 transmitter and receiver that ahs been repainted black. The transmitter itself has very low mileage, but I couldn't STAND the color and had to repaint it. The receiver has been used much more.
