I have another four star question. I'm trying my first attempt at covering and was wondering about the small plywood reinforcement pieces on the bottom of the wing. They stick up about an 1/8 of an inch and the wing bolts go through them. How do I cover them? Do I cover them seperately?

you can cover it separately and glue it on later if you wish, Or you can glue it on first, and stretch the covering over it. I have seen it down both ways...

This is a fairly typical wing set up except for the fact that the ply reinforcements protudes as you say.On my 4/120 which is set up the same way as the smaller versions,I covered the ply with light fibreglass and painted it and installed the oracover around it.Another little trick I use on these bolt setups is to line the holes through the wing with the correct size of brass tube so that the id will accept the 1/4 20 nylon bolts.The tube is trimmed flush on both sides and a touch of CA holds it in place,This prevents any crushing of the wing mount or scuffing of the finish over time.
