I've been waiting for my FG starter replacement from Advance since early March I think, maybe longer; if I have to wait any longer I'm gonna go crazy.
Customer service do suck... it's to bad most of you guys don't understand what they say in their language about some customer that only looks and not buy. It's quite funny hahahhaaa... I just bought a new throttle servo for a great price else where, now if only the weather would co-operate. |

bigfoot, are you Chinese? if so, they must not know it, cause they don't say anything like that in front of me. i usualy go there when i totaly have nothing to do.
i really don't think they consider the costomers, cause they swear in both languages in to costomers at the desk, out loud, so even kids can hear it(i'm 13) and i don't think my dad wants that. but he really likes the dog. |

advance = bastards.. i;'ve bougth over 200 dollars of stuff from them.. and still i get no respect, no happy smiles no nothing.. guy knows i come in and buy stuff all the time.. yesterday i went to buy a gallon of fuel, and told him look i need 1.. thats right JUST 1 O RING for my shock cap on my mt2.. casue i lost one of them.. hes like ok one sec.. goes to the back and get 1 o ring.. then hes like thats gonna be 50 cents for the o-ring.. i'm buying a 40 dollar product right there.. and he cant give me 1 god damn f'ing O-ring..
I dont care how much stuff he has.. that was the last time i will step foot into that store. i'll travel 1 hour to get to a store that cares for their customers. anyways.. thats my rant for today.. take it for what it is... its my personal experience, dont mean to start a flame.. |
