Re: Airtronics sd-6g wont bind

Hi there.

1. Make sure that the throttle stick is all the way down.
2. Move the throttle trim lever down a couple clicks and try binding again.

The Tx light is supposed to stay green. Hold the bind button on the receiver down, then turn on the receiver. The Rx should flash slowly. After 2-3 seconds, release the bind button on the Rx. The bind LED on the Rx will continue to flash slowly. Now hit the bind button on the Tx, and the Rx Led should flash very fast, then go out momentarily, then come on solid blue. You are done, and the bind should be complete.

Regards,

Dennis

Re: Airtronics sd-6g wont bind

Did you try rebinding after you lowered the throttle trim?

Regards,

Dennis

Re: Airtronics sd-6g wont bind

This receiver should bind with the SD-10G transmitter. If the suggestions that Dennis have given you did not work, review the directions in the manuel, especially #6 that you have to press the END key.

If all of this does not work, you can call the HELP line at Airtronics 1-800-262-1178

By the way, I am a Airtronics rep and dealer.

Re: Airtronics sd-6g wont bind

Hi Dave:

I looked at your Opening Post again and saw you are in fact talking about the new 631 Receiver.

This receiver will NOT bind with the SD-6G as it is a FHSS-3 RX. The SD-6G is a FHSS-1 only system. That receiver will only work with a SD-10G Tx. My apologies, I thought you were talking about the Rx that comes with the SD-6G.

Regards,

Dennis

Re: Airtronics sd-6g wont bind

Dennis:

I made the same mistake as you did, not reading the full message. Ya, your right, this receiver will work only with the SD-10G.
