I don't see anyhting here about using the naza=m v2 assistant to see if an upgarde is required.
I cannot get past the registration entry ,it will not take any verification caps or no caps 4 entries ,unless i cannot see one letter,i must have tried 10x
Yet i ma registered on the DJI website and that does work ,manual says to plug in the phantom via usb to a pc and run the assistant i even ran the 64 bit driver first,nothing works.
I did write to DJI but it might take awhile for an answer,can i carry on with out this assistant and i would think i cannot get a firmware update
Anyone have any answers

I had the same problem when I got mine. Did you shut down your computer and then try again?

yes i did ,i also ran the 64 bit driver first then the assistant but i cannot register
yet i am in the dji site and the purchase of the phantom is there ,back to the assistant
it will not accept my login or register.
nobody it too quick to provide an answer

I thought registering was optional. Isn't it supposed to read your serial number from the phantom when you plug it in?

I am not sure as this is sort of new (like 12hrs) but i did shutdown and once it did almost want to work without the logging in and it was a quick screen saying i needed no updates
but then it reverted back to asking me to log in and i cannot log in.
Computer did recognizethe phantom
Its sort of strange and frustrating

How old is it. If new when I first did mine it didn't work.
When I tried the nex day it did and the only thing I did was shut down the computer.
So if you have registered and your logins Donot work then maybe it will the nex day.

well maybe thats what it was i finally got through with the registration and i am on my way tomorow for the compass calibartion and a hover possibly
