Does anyone know if Ken is still in business?..The website is still up.I sent him a couple of emails but no reply..Want to place an order but not sure if he is still in business.Thanks for your time

I also tried to get a hold of him a few months ago. No luck. Look at the USD/CAD exchange rate shown on the home page, it is still 1 to 1... Unless he lives in the Wonderland, I would say he is out of business....

I have tried numerous times to contact him about a pending order that is paid for but not shipped or refunded. I would say he is out of business as I have tried many times to give him the chance to respond and either send what he has and refund the rest, or let me change the order to use up any credit left. Too bad as he did his best to look after customers.

It seems odd someone would leave a website up that is no longer an active business. The phone number is still active. Have anyone left a message on voicemail?

Last month I sent a couple of emails and left VM with Heliproshop and no response as well. How do you run a business and not respond to a customer.

Same here: the website went down this week. He hasn't responded to my request for Logo parts as yet. Another local flyer says that he has a full time job and hasn't had the time to deal with the online store. I hope he hasn't "shut" his doors. Ken


Ken has opened the website today, Thursday.

Ken responded to my email, Jan. 23rd; no response to my question.

Feb. 4th:

Order placed last week; after I paid, the Logo parts arrived the NEXT MORNING.
