Here are my projects slated for this winter (subject to change depending on whim/lunar cycles

1. Finish building the shed I started in early July. I have to have somewhere to store the new motorcycle (Suzuki Bandit 600) that I bought in June. Done

2. Finish the SIG Ultimate profile bipe that I started LAST winter! Just about ready to start covering. Done

3. Repair my Unionville 6' Otter that I crashed last summer. Finished repairing fuse. Wing still to be done.

4. Build the Pica Spitfire (65") kit that I have squirrelled away. I sold my old Spitfire and miss having one in the hangar. Sold kit

5. Start work on the IMP Hurricane that I got here on RC Canada. Traded kit

Will it all get done? Yeah right!

Cheers!

building plans this winter

this winter--- finally got round to cleaning the workshop, been putting it off and off, anyone just get "burned-out" and not want to do anything? Now with a clean shop,I found all the stuff I couldn't find before and went out and bought new!!!.
Finally got a start on the 1/2 size sopwith pup, all the wing ribs cut out, spar material obtained, have the motor,a weslake 342cc monster! Will have to get creative in breaking this plane down for transport, it stands 54" tall at the centre section, my van is only 47"inside the doors. A way will be found just as I managed with the 1/2 spacewalker.
Also in the "future projects" a Ziroli B25 blown up to 160" and if I live long enough, a 1/2 scale monocoupe 90A
Cheers, Dave.

The honeydo list was longer than I guessed, the workshop was home to many home upgrade projects, a project for the local church and one doubleneck strat built this winter.

I did manage to finish and cover the Waco ... looking for some time to paint and finish now....

The mustang is repaired from the impromptu low pass contest at GLMAAE.

I tore down the spit I deadst=ick 'outlanded' last year, the wood mounts are fuelsoaked, the repair is going to take more time than I planned.

I also happened on a Pitts S2 that I should be able to get flying very quickly....
