Re: Thinking of a Quad and Fat Shark
Since you are on a budget (aren't we all?) you might consider buying a small, inexpensive quad and learn to fly it before investing some serious change in a more sophisticated quad.....!
When (not if) you crash, the costs will be minimal and repairs will be easy....consider the Blade mQX....it has AS3X and can take a lot of punishment (I know!) during your progress through the learning curve! Just a beginner too!

Re: Thinking of a Quad and Fat Shark
Thanks for the tip Gord I do have a QX and that was what started my new love affair with quads. That Qx is such a blast, it flies in wind I often wouldn't fly my 500 size heli in and never fly my 450 in. I'm going slow on this pricey one though because I want to do the FPV thing and I want to do it right.
