Best place I've found is RC Sports at hwy 7 and 27 area of Woodbridge. He has a complete line of octura and prather, he used to make his own boats and still has lots of parts. If he doesn't have it, he can get it.
BTW I'm from Innisfil and run 2 FE boats in Simcoe.

The next closest would be John's hobbies on the danforth east of woodbine ave in toronto. Then Hallam Marine in London.
