Fit All Aircraft stand
I have dragged ultra-light wings all over the place with a set of these stands. They really work good, are easy to construct and cheap.
The long pieces are 18". The short are 8". The vertical is 6.5"" from the end. The material is 1" X 2" X 12'. The fabric is cargo strap but on the ultra-light ones it was carpet strips.

Re: Fit All Aircraft stand
Hey Kip,
Can I see that stand wit a plane on it, I think I got a pretty good idea how it works, but just to confirm.

Re: Fit All Aircraft stand
That is a great ida, Kip.
It looks so simple and should work great. It doent look that hard to build either. I guess us guys in compact cars will have a hard time fitting that in our cars...LOL. maybe when I get a plane-trailer.... |
