I wish there was some way to "trim the fat" off the hind quarters but I can't think of any.

Don't worry about it. I have had that problem for years.

You gotta deal!! I used to "flag" for my brother a lot before he went to the auto flagger on his spray plane. I ate a lot of chemical in my day.... that would explain the "brain damage" that my wife says that I have!!
