They are both "Hitec" shift, used with my Hitec Tx's, where my understanding is that they are also Futaba compatible.

What do you find the range to be with the Feather receiver?

I've flown it out as far as 500 feet with no issues. And, that was with 1/2 of the antennae wire rolled up.
