short range DX2


       Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
My DX2 seems to cut out 40ft away and then starts back up when i get closer this happen intermittently and to different extents.

I've changed the batt. in the car and radio

any ideas?

i had that same problem to. I went to the spektrum site and this is what i found:

it has something to do with the wire. open your transmitter and receiver box and follow the diagram(picture) and you should be fine. If i were you get some rubber foam and wrap it around the receiver. it protects it from vibrations and damage. Also with that done, put the receiver in a balloon for that added protection. hope this helps.

i took it apart and realized that the antenna came off the circuit board. so good i found my problem now where do i solder this back on? this is for a SR3000 Rx

diagrams or pictures would be great
