Team members - just a note to you who ordered and received extra clothing - I believe that Brent will be sending out email messages with costs so we can all pay our bills and get this looked after.

I still have a few left over shirts, jackets and hats. Not a lot but a few men's shirts in white (L ), a few ladies jackets in red (M and L) and various hats. The Team hats in S-M and L-XL and a few other hats in Tan, Black and one Grey.

Please Note - You don't have to be on the Team to purchase the clothing at this point, we are happy to sell it to anyone who might be proud to wear the Team colours !!

Re costs - at this point I would like to get rid of the surplus and put whatever funds I get into the Team bank account - so we will discount the leftover clothing - Shirts $40, jackets - $50, hats - $20 plus whatever shipping cost applies.

Also a reminder to Team members to please send your expense accounts and receipts to Joy (hotel and gas bills are likely easiest).

Or perhaps if you don't submit your expense report by the end of this month you won't get anything back !! We would like to get this done and close the books etc.

Please guys, get those expense reports to Joy ASAP. If you don't send them we may have to pick a date and disperse funds accordingly.
