is there a conversion out there that will make the tail router like a standard heli with it off the one motor? So that it is like the hornet.

There is not a conversion kit for the hummingbird that will do this. The struture and design of the hummingbird are such that it is necessary to have a tail motor.

Can you imagine a shaft drive going out that very thin CF tail "boom" ?? Ah, no.

Plus, if you have it geared off the main motor, you will then need to have variable pitch tail rotor blades to have any rudder control.
