My New Ride!

My new Carden 43% Extra 260 had its maiden flights yesterday. This is one big plane! It just fits in my minivan, with the spinner touching the back door, and the rudder has about an inch to spare up front between the seats. The wing span is 126" and it's powered by a ZDZ 210 on JMB headers and cans, swinging an MSC 34-12. Performance was awesome! The radio is a 14MZ on 2.4. It performed flawlessly! I will have the graphics for it next week.

I must say its great to be back in the air again after losing my 300 back in Sept. I have no doubt this is going to be my #1 IMAC plane this year!

Well all I can say about the ZDZ 210 is that I still have dents in the back of my legs and ice formed on the front from the cooling effect of this mill and it was only at 1/2 throttle!

Russ it's OK that you are not a "fanboy of DA"! They are for REAL MEN, just like BINFORD Tools!
