What is a tailslide to the gear? I understand the rest of the maneuvers but don't know that one.

Tail slide to the gear, is an imac maneuver, and it is judged by imac criteria. Pull a vertical up line, the plane momentarily stops on top and slides back to the ground without any bank before flopping towards it’s landing gear (or belly). The amount of slide is not part of the judging criteria as long as it is perceptible. However, if the plane hammers, this maneuver is considered unsuccessful.
