Can I modify PC PS for 17VDC?

Remove this ad - become a site supporter! Hi, I have a need for a 15 to 17VDC powersupply. I notice the standard PC power supply has +12 and -5VDC output. Does anyone know if I can get 17VDC from a standard PC power supply? Thanks for your help.
