You should look into the wright brother's invention (the one they invented in 1903) and let us all know how many years it took before it stopped being a real joke to being something useful. But dont stop at military use. How many years before it became useful for the everyday Joe down the street? The lessons we learned in the history of the time it takes to develop emerging technology are still applicable today. As far as drones are concerned, they are in their infancy.

Yes Max I totally agree with you. All is in development . And like you say it will take many years maybe 15 or 20 years given the technology at this present time.
I am just tired of seeing circus act. But I have to get use to that fact. Since it is all part of development.
