I am just wondering how you sync dual aileron servos? is there any tricks or is it straight forward? I'd appreciate any help.

Do you mean trying to match up just straight anolog servos?? Or do you mean digital servos?

For anolog easiest way is to make the servo arm as close to 90* to the servo case as possible. Next change you pushrod length to match the servo travel appropriately. Try to avoid subtrims as you are changing the center of the servo as well as it will effect the speed of the servo. If you have to do fine adjustments use endpoints to tweak it.

For digital, if hitec; go buy a programmer, if JR; go buy a matchbox.

Thats the way I would do it, i'm sure others will have different opinions.
