Do we still have a Jetcat dealer/service in Canada ?

I believe Dean Wichmann is still a JC dealer. I got my P-120SX from him in 2011, and he helped me with the warranty issue I had last year. I'd definitely contact him if I was in the need for another engine.

Servicing and warranty is done through JetCat USA for all of North America. That is IF you buy an engine from them or designated dealers. If you buy an engine outside of JetCat USA you must send the engine back to Germany for warranty work. I believe there may be a number of dealers in Canada that you can buy a JetCat USA engine from. I am a field rep for JetCat USA and you can purchase engines through me but sometimes it may be easier or cheaper ( due to shipping ) to purchase locally.

A word of caution...customs and Canada border services have been known to check rc jet products. if you purchase an engine from a US dealer and import the engine without paying the appropriate taxes and you require warranty work you may risk having your engine confiscated. Likewise if you go to the US to a meet, on return you may be asked to provide proof that the jet and engine are yours.

Don't shoot the messenger...just relaying some recent issues that guys have come across.
