Need some suggestions
I have an SPE43 gasser & I have gone through 2 ignitions & sensors from SPE.
Not happy with their electronics and looking for something better.
Plug is RDJ7Y
Suggestions welcome..... Has anyone used the CDIs from Hobby City?

Re: CDI for SPE43??

Try a CDI from a DA50 or DL55, One thing is the timing, not sure if it's the same for the two motors. stay away from HOBBY JUNK CITY.jmo.

Re: CDI for SPE43??

I have been using cdi from Hobby City for about a year and a half now about 40 hours of run time on it with a converted Roybi weedeater motor seem to have decent luck with it the connector where the sensor plugs seem to be a bit weak I used some epoxy where the wires go into the connector to keep the wires from breaking on both cdi and sensor other than that no problems
