hot racing....... not so hot.
after buying parts off of hot racings site for my 18t. (not buying off the internet but calling them and doing the ordering over the phone.) they were rilly nice and helpfull ($$ hungry basterds), when i receved my parts. all were good and fit. But the steel ball joints did not fit on anything on my car i thought mabe they sent me the wrong part. so i called them and talked to them and they told me that they were made to fit their tie rods and not the FT ones. i told him that it was not printed anywhere on there site that the ball joints fit there tie rods wich is false info, so i wanted a refund of my money, what am i going to do with 2 packs of the ball joints? ($16 down the tube). he told me that their is no refund and if they did refund me the money i have to pay restocking fees. BS you trick the buyer into purchasing that product knowing they will call wanting there money back.. (shipping back to them plus %20 restocking) no more busness for them... so who hear would like to buy 2 packs of hot racing ball joints. BUT REMEMBER THAT THEY ONLY FIT THERE TITANIUM TIE RODS (heh hot racing look at that, and learn from it. thats what you should have had!) i realize now that the $16 is tuition in the university of life.
