Otterville Fun Fly Barn Storm Champion!!!
The Otterville fun fly had a perfect day today (saturday) rain threatened but it blew away. The Barn Storming had a total of 10 pilots signed up. Hank Uroda made history today and flew right on through and made a perfect spot landing almost at his feet. The barn storming has been an ongoing event for about 15 years. Hank has been trying for about as long and today he did it!! $1000 in cool cash was presented to him by Rene Goosens the field owner. Rene has been organizing our fun fly now for 20 years. Hats off to Rene and the Otterville club for a great event. Congratulations Hank!!
The event will continue tomorrow and Otterville is putting $400 back in the Barn fund for sunday. So come out and fly, pilots get a free tout dinner and a chance to win more money. See you there.
