Thanks Darren!!! Honestly, I only got 3 hours of sleep last night, I was soooo excited from yesterday!!! The flying wire issue, and close call at MaidenFest tempered my excitement following MaidenFest but yesterday was a flight I'll remember for a long while!!! I'm already looking at the forecast this week to see if I can "sneak out" and fly some more before the weekend!!!!!!! T |

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Jack you need to get a bigger video card or cut down the reseloution dude! You could only get 5 minutes of HD vid on your card? Was that taken with your Panasonic Digital Cmera? I can't shoot a vid on mine to save my life as there is to much reflection on the viewer. I am guessing THAT wasn't a problem yesterday!

Re: 58% Modellbau Pitts Build Thread - BBT
Trevor good job! I am happy That she is now fly worthy.
My pits also had a bad maiden. After take off she started to climb and even with full trim down she was still climbing allot . I had to change the incidence on the stabs. And things were ok after. Flying a big biplane is lots of fun but as you saw things happen slower and you will notice that this is a advantage but can also be a disadvantage since saving her sometimes can be more tricky. Watching you're pitts fly has cleary shown me that my zdz210 is a overall bad choice of power plant for this type of aircraft and I am going to order a 3w as soon as I can. Congrads and I am really looking forward to joining this 2 beasts together. Ron S. |

When this came in at the same weight as yours, I was a little worried that the 220CS would be a little underpoewered with the increased drag on mine due to the extra 20" of wing span, but that's not the case!! Once the 220CS is broken in, I think this will be quite a combo, considering the power already!! I have a Fuchs 35x10 prop that I am excited to try out this weekend once I lean it out a bit!!!! I can't wait to fly our Bipes together!!!! T |
