FYI - Digital servos r more linear + + $$.

You do NOT have to change the frame rate to 11ms when using digital servos.

On RC GROUPS the transmitter software engineer, Andy Kunz commented that the only people who could really tell the difference in feel when using the faster frame rate were very complicated heli setups and very extreme 3D flyers.

There is an excellent thread at:-

It has a lot of programming information about your radio. I've learned a lot of neat tricks on how to program my DX18. The thread covers all of the current Spectrum radios.

I don't think that is what he was saying, he means that you better change it to 22 if you mix analog in as 11 will often burn them out.

If your using life packs or similar 6.6 sized I would suggest these.

Cheap servo and should be fine for a warbird. I've seen them used in 100cc 3d planes (twin Aileron setups ) and they worked great. My favorite choice but more expensive because their faster and more tourqe and titanium geared is the 1256tg
