Depends, if I'm not posted out of the area, then me. Using Hi-Pec, it's a Canadian company that does fabric for experimental and certified aircraft, almost identical to Sig Koverall, with Stix-it, but heavier. Irons on, and heat shrinks.

Re: Really Giant Scale Hurricane

Today is the day! Got home, got the last stringers installed in the tail section, and then attached the aft fuselage to the main portion. Once we get the flatbed, we'll haul the fuse out, and most likely install the cowling, and transport in one piece. This should be very interesting, to say the least!

Re: Really Giant Scale Hurricane

Still tons of work to do on the fuse, before it's ready for fabric. I do have to get the tail feathers done next though, nice to have most of my workshop space back for a while. I'll do the vertical stab first, it's a nice compact size, then elevators, and horizontal stab.

Re: Really Giant Scale Hurricane

Many thanks to Mike Herman, for arranging transport, and helping with the move. He's been incredibly supportive of this build!

Surprisingly few. People all wander around with headphones on, staring at the ground. . .

Dang!! The scale of this project really hits you when you look at the size of the "model" next to your buddy!
