Large Fuel Dot @ Thunderboltrc.com

Hi Everyone,

I now have a very nice Large Size Aluminum Fuel Dot for sale. These will look great on any plane and are very high quality. They are machined so that the O-ring snaps into a micro groove in the housing so that the plug will not not vibrate out. These are designed for 1/8" inside diameter fuel tubing.

Check it out here:

Thanks,

Jeff Kuzniak

Jim,

I'll have to try this with some larger 5/32" ID fuel line. I don't have any fuel line that size right now, but I will get some and get back to you. Thanks for the feedback.

Wayne22,

Our research indicated that most users wanted a fuel dot that could be mounted as flush with the surface as possible (To give it that "full scale" fueling cap look). If you don't have fingernails, you can easily use a small flat blade screw driver to easily pop the plug out of the housing.

Thanks,

Grizak

I forgot to mention that we also carry the replacement O-rings for these Fuel dots, so that over time when the O-rings get hard from fuel and sunlight exposure (as all O-rings do) you can simply replace the O-rings without buying a whole new Fuel dot. A package of 4 replacement O-rings sells for $1.25.

You can see them here:

Thanks,

Grizak
