I am putting this out because I don't want this to happen to anyone else who has one of these planes.

If you have a funtana 40 please check your horizontal stab. There are two different builds to it and one is incredibly weak. If you look along the leading edge of the stab the mid sections should butt up against it and triangle fillit sections inbetween. On mine it was notched into the leading edge almost 1/4 inch from the front and no fillit sections therefore making it weak. I lost this plane after 5 flights I had not noticed this during construction. The airplane was up in the air I had just finished a roll flew horizontally and then snap, the stab broke along equal lines and at equal angles. I had sever flutter and could not control the plane and as we all know the ground stops them good.

Don't get me wrong this plane flew beautifully but just take a look at this if you have one.

Cheers
