A friend of mine needs the following parts to repair his Thunder Tiger 4 stroke engine

You might try OS parts. I had a TT with teeth missing from a cam gear. I found that neither the cam gear or crank gear were machined just forged. I put a cam from an os in it, it fit perfect and ran just fine.

Been telling folks for years that the Thunder Tiger engines were designed by a fella that design OS 4strokers. Goes to show . I didn't realize that some internal parts were interchangeable. If he is interested I have a brand new TT 91 4 stroke cylinder head. Still in the package.

I have heard parts interchange. I don't have an OS 91 to experiment on. His head is ok, thanks for the offer. He took it apart for bearings and discovered a cracked piston. Just found a seller on eBay, maybe I'll get lucky.
