I will be reading all this, and more (as it comes). I have a real desire to learn the sequence, and try my hand at some semi-local contests. (That's where you come in Gordon).
With 50 flights now on my Sukhoi, it's very comfortable. I'm realizing how nice it looks, doing a precision style of flying.

What Class are you flying in again?

How far is Camrose from CalgarY. Ive been to Calgary, Red Deer,Drumheller, Edmonton , Cold Lake and Beaverlodge. Wait that's on the drive out to Banf, right, were you turn to go to Kananaskis?

Common confussion. (Canmore)
Camrose is on your way to Edmonton from Killam, turn in at the John Deere dealership.
Actually 1 hour southeast of Edmonton, real good farming country.

As for class, ? , well I have never competed, or tried the sequence.
Kind of resting/re-set after a 10 day model holiday. Be flying agian by the week-end, local heatwave, and work.
If you have been to Beaverlodge, I imagine Jack was involved.

You had 10 days of flying model airplanes and you couldn't try thre Basic sequence even once?

An people CALL me a procrastinator?

OK on Day1 after the recoup go out and try the first three manouvers of the Basic Sequence! I HAVE SPOKEN!

Now don't start that romour.
I only found this as I got home. I flew it to the point that I want to learn. I will resume flying tommorrow. Then Saturday I head down to Red Deer. Let you know how I do,(just flying).
